El Festival Internacional de Cine de Toronto, también conocido como TIFF por sus siglas en inglés (Toronto International Film Festival), es uno de los festivales de cine más prestigiosos y reconocidos a nivel mundial. Se celebra anualmente en la ciudad de Toronto, Canadá, durante el mes de septiembre.

El Festival ha sido un trampolín para muchas películas que luego han sido nominadas o ganadoras en los Oscar, entre ellas, “La Forma del Agua”, “12 Años de Esclavitud”, “Moonlight”, “La La Land” o “Whiplash”. También es conocido por atraer a muchos actores y actrices de renombre de todo el mundo, aunque este año, debido a la huelga de actores, es posible que se vea algo más limitado.
